The ACCUPRO 72092836 is a single-end, solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials. Built with a 0.6250-inch diameter and six flutes, it delivers a 2-inch length of cut with an overall length of 4 inches. The AlTiN+ coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in high-temperature alloy applications. Variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic chatter, improving surface finish and dimensional accuracy at elevated feed rates. Center-cutting capability allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled start hole.

This end mill is engineered for use in high-temp alloys (material code S), including nickel-based superalloys, titanium, and similar difficult-to-machine materials common in aerospace, power generation, and industrial manufacturing. The right-hand cutting direction and right-hand flute geometry are standard for conventional CNC machining center setups.
