The ACCUPRO 72088404 is a single-end, solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding applications. It features a 1/2 inch diameter, six flutes, and a 2.5 inch length of cut, making it well-suited for extended material removal in difficult-to-machine workpieces. The AlTiN+ coating provides heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. Variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonics and chatter during aggressive passes. The 0.015 inch corner radius protects the cutting edge and improves surface finish at the bottom of pockets and slots. Licensed machinists and CNC programmers specify this tool for precision work on high-temperature alloys.

This end mill is engineered for primary use in high-temperature alloy machining, including materials classified under workpiece material code S.
