Built from solid carbide and coated with TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride), this bit delivers excellent heat resistance and tool life in abrasive and hard-to-machine applications. The 140-degree split point reduces thrust and improves self-centering at entry, while the R-thinned web minimizes walking on hard surfaces. With an 8xD flute-to-diameter ratio, this bit handles deeper cuts with consistent chip evacuation.
