The ACCUPRO 4500446 is a taper length solid carbide drill bit sized to Letter U (0.3680 inches) with a 140-degree split point and a TiAlN coating. It is engineered for high-performance drilling in demanding materials, particularly stainless steel. The bit features a spiral flute with R-thinned web geometry that reduces thrust and improves chip evacuation. At 95 mm (approximately 3.74 inches) of flute length and 142 mm (approximately 5.59 inches) overall, it provides greater reach than a jobber-length bit while maintaining rigidity. Coolant-through capability allows internal coolant delivery, extending tool life during deep-hole operations.
