The ACCUPRO 4500082 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for drilling hardened materials where standard HSS tooling fails. Built to DIN specification, it features a 140-degree split point, slow-spiral fluting, and a TiAlN coating that extends tool life under high-heat cutting conditions. The 3.00 mm diameter (0.1181 inch) drill has an overall length of 46.00 mm (1.811 inches) and a flute length of 16.00 mm (0.630 inches). The straight cylindrical shank seats cleanly in standard drill chucks and collets. Intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on hardened steel, alloy steel, and similar difficult-to-machine workpiece materials.

This drill is suited for production and maintenance machining applications where the workpiece material is hardened and cutting tool rigidity is critical. The slow-spiral, two-flute geometry reduces deflection and improves chip evacuation in short-hole drilling scenarios.
