The ACCUPRO 4500043 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to Letter F (0.2570 inches) with a 140-degree split-point geometry. It is TiAlN coated for extended tool life when drilling hardened materials, alloy steels, and abrasive workpieces. The slow spiral flute design controls chip evacuation and reduces heat buildup in demanding applications. The bit features a UR-thinned web for reduced thrust force at entry. At 3.125 inches overall length with a 1.5938-inch flute length, it fits standard drill chucks and machining centers. Installation is performed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in shop environments.

This drill bit is intended for use on hardened materials where standard high-speed steel tooling cannot maintain edge integrity.
