The ACCUPRO 40671562 is an indexable square-shoulder face mill designed for high-productivity metal removal in machining centers and milling machines. Built on a steel body with a 3.0-inch cutting diameter and a maximum depth of cut of 0.47 inches, it accepts 7 indexable inserts secured by screw-clamp holding. The 1.0-inch arbor hole fits standard arbor mounting. With a positive rake geometry and a 0/90-degree lead angle, this cutter delivers clean square shoulders and efficient chip evacuation across a range of milling operations. Coolant-through capability helps manage heat and extend insert life during demanding cuts. Maximum spindle speed is 10,450 RPM.

This face mill suits facing, shouldering, slotting, helical interpolation, ramping, and plunging operations on steel, cast iron, and similar workpiece materials.
