The ACCUPRO 35375 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for precision chamfering and edge-breaking operations on metal workpieces. Built from powdered metal (PM) with a bright/uncoated finish, this tool delivers solid wear resistance in general-purpose milling applications. It runs a 0.625-inch diameter with a 3.125-inch length of cut (LOC) and a 5.25-inch overall length (OAL), giving machinists adequate reach for most standard setups. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting configuration with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled starting hole.
This end mill is suited for job shop and production environments where chamfering, deburring, and edge preparation are routine operations. It is appropriate for use on steel, cast iron, and similar ferrous materials at moderate cutting speeds. The 5/8-inch shank diameter fits standard ER and side-lock toolholders commonly found on vertical machining centers and manual mills. Fine pitch classification and right-hand flute direction make it well-matched to standard CNC and manual milling setups that require consistent, repeatable chamfer geometry.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use corner chamfer end mill for standard 5/8-inch shank toolholding systems on vertical machining centers and manual milling machines.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist familiar with cutting tool setup and machine operation. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing tooling. Secure the shank to the specified torque range for the toolholder in use per the toolholder manufacturer guidelines, and verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material.
