The ACCUPRO 35374 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for precision milling operations requiring a chamfered edge profile at the corner radius. Built from powdered metal, this 4-flute tool measures 0.625 inches in diameter with a 2.5-inch length of cut (LOC) and a 4.625-inch overall length (OAL). The 5/8-inch shank diameter provides solid tool holding in standard collet chucks and end mill holders. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and consistent cutting performance. The bright/uncoated finish is suited for a range of general-purpose materials. This tool is centercutting, allowing plunge entry into the workpiece.
The ACCUPRO 35374 is used in machining centers and manual milling machines for chamfering, deburring, and edge-breaking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with standard spindle configurations found in most shop environments. Its fine pitch and 4-flute geometry are well suited for finishing passes and medium-to-light roughing in production and job shop settings. Machinists and CNC programmers working in general manufacturing, tool and die, and maintenance machining will find this a practical addition to the crib.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard addition for 5/8-inch shank end mill holders, collet chucks, and milling machine spindles accepting right-hand tooling. No specific model compatibility was provided by the manufacturer for this part.
Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer or quill is locked before inserting or removing the end mill. Secure the shank fully within the holder to the recommended gauge length and torque the set screw or collet nut according to the tool holder manufacturer specifications. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut to protect both the tool and the workpiece.
