The ACCUPRO 35325 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for milling chamfered edges and angled profiles on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. It measures 1 inch in cutting diameter with a 3-inch length of cut (LOC) and a 5-1/2-inch overall length (OAL). The 1-inch shank diameter provides a rigid, stable grip in standard milling chucks and collets. Constructed from powdered metal, the tool offers consistent grain structure and wear resistance across the cutting edge. The bright, uncoated finish suits a wide range of general-purpose machining operations. This end mill is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators in machine shops, tool rooms, and production environments.
The ACCUPRO 35325 is suited for creating chamfers, bevels, and angled transitions on workpiece corners in standard vertical or horizontal milling setups. The 5-flute geometry supports smoother surface finishes and improved material removal rates compared to fewer-flute designs. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with conventional right-hand spindle machines. The coarse pitch classification allows for efficient chip evacuation during general machining. This tool is appropriate for light to moderate depths of cut in typical shop applications.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement-style corner chamfer end mill for use in standard milling chucks, end mill holders, and collet systems accepting a 1-inch shank diameter. Compatible with right-hand spindle CNC and manual milling machines.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before inserting or removing the end mill from the holder. Ensure the shank is fully seated to the recommended engagement depth in the tool holder and that set screws or collet nuts are torqued according to the holder manufacturer specifications. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before each use and replace if wear is detected.
