The ACCUPRO 35316 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for precise chamfering and edge-breaking operations on metal workpieces. Built from powdered metal with a bright/uncoated finish, it offers a 0.5 inch cutting diameter and a 2 inch length of cut (LOC), making it well suited for moderate-depth chamfering passes. The 4-flute configuration supports improved surface finish and chip evacuation compared to 2-flute designs. With a 4 inch overall length (OAL) and a 0.5 inch shank diameter, the tool mounts securely in standard end mill holders. A 30-degree helix angle balances cutting efficiency with stability across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
