The ACCUPRO 32395931 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision milling of contoured surfaces, slots, and complex 3D profiles in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. At 3/32 inch (0.0937 inches) in diameter, this single-end tool features a 2-flute geometry and an AlTiCrN coating that provides elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in high-speed cutting applications. The 0.0860-inch length of cut and 0.0620-inch neck length make it well suited for reaching into tight pockets and detail work where clearance is limited. Machinists and toolroom operators working on close-tolerance parts will find this mill a reliable choice for finishing passes and die work.
This ball end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers, manual knee mills, and precision toolroom machines where small-diameter, high-accuracy cutting is required. It is particularly applicable in mold and die work, medical component machining, and aerospace detail parts where fine surface finishes and tight dimensional tolerances are standard requirements. The 1/8-inch shank diameter is compatible with standard collet chucks and precision toolholders commonly found in production and job-shop environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard toolroom end mill compatible with any machine spindle or toolholder accepting a 1/8-inch shank diameter.
Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the machine spindle fully stopped and the control in an e-stop or lockout state per applicable shop safety procedures. Ensure the collet or toolholder bore is clean and free of chips before seating the shank. Do not exceed the manufacturer-recommended runout tolerance for the toolholder, as small-diameter carbide tools are sensitive to runout and can fracture under eccentric loading. Consult published speeds and feeds data for AlTiCrN-coated carbide at the specific workpiece material and depth of cut being used.
