The ACCUPRO 315751 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with ZrN (zirconium nitride), it delivers extended tool life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The end mill measures 1 inch in diameter with a 1.25-inch length of cut and a 7-inch overall length, making it well-suited for deep-reach applications. The 37-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the center-cutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece. This tool is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators working in production or job-shop environments.
The ACCUPRO 315751 is used in CNC milling operations requiring extended reach and a corner radius profile to reduce stress concentrations at the base of pockets, slots, and contoured features. The 4.375-inch reach length and reduced neck diameter of 0.95 inches allow access to deep cavities while maintaining rigidity. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with standard spindle configurations. Single-end construction is typical for tooling held in standard collet chucks, end mill holders, or hydraulic toolholders.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct application tool for CNC machining centers requiring a 1-inch shank, corner radius end mill with extended reach capability in single-end solid carbide tooling.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. The tool should be seated fully in a clean, undamaged toolholder and torqued to the toolholder manufacturer's specification before use. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in a safe state before loading or removing the end mill. Inspect the ZrN coating and cutting edges for chips or wear before each use; do not run a damaged end mill at cutting speeds.
