The ACCUPRO 315417 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations requiring extended reach and a reinforced corner geometry. Built from micrograin solid carbide with a ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating, this single-end tool runs at 1/4 inch diameter with a 3/8 inch length of cut and a 0.060 inch corner radius. The 37-degree variable-free helix and three-flute configuration support smooth chip evacuation and consistent surface finish. Center-cutting capability allows direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for mold work, die machining, and general precision contouring where extended reach into deep pockets or narrow cavities is required. The 2-1/8 inch reach length and 4 inch overall length allow access to features that standard-length end mills cannot reach.
