The ACCUPRO 315090 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 3-1/2-inch length of cut, and a 37-degree helix angle that promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Built from micrograin solid carbide, the tool delivers rigidity and wear resistance suited for aggressive material removal. The bright/uncoated finish makes it a practical choice for general-purpose milling where coating cost is not justified. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary installers and users of this tool.
This end mill is intended for use in vertical and horizontal milling machines and CNC machining centers performing slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. The single-end, three-flute geometry balances chip clearance with core strength, making it well suited for applications requiring deeper cuts in steel, aluminum, and similar materials. The 1-inch shank diameter ensures a secure tool-holder interface during full-depth passes.

This tool is installed and operated by qualified machinists or CNC programmers. Before changing tooling, power down the spindle completely and confirm the machine is in a safe, locked-out state per facility lockout/tagout procedures. Ensure the tool holder bore and shank are clean and free of debris before securing the end mill to the specified runout tolerance. Do not exceed manufacturer-recommended feed rates or depths of cut for the workpiece material.
