The ACCUPRO 314527 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations where a small, controlled radius is required at the cutting edge. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with ZrN (zirconium nitride), this end mill delivers extended tool life and reduced friction during cutting. It features a 3/16 inch diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, and a 0.030 inch corner radius, making it well suited for profiling, slotting, and finishing passes in harder workpiece materials. The 3-flute geometry balances chip evacuation with surface finish quality.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills for ferrous and non-ferrous metal cutting, including steel, stainless, aluminum alloys, and similar materials.
