The ACCUPRO 313302 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composites, and other hard materials. With a 1/2 inch mill diameter and a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, this two-flute end mill delivers efficient chip evacuation and clean edge finishes in a range of profiling and slotting applications. The 45-degree helix angle promotes smooth cutting action and reduces chatter. Micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance required for consistent performance in production and jobshop environments. The bright, uncoated finish suits a wide range of base materials where coating is not required.
This end mill fits standard CNC machining centers, manual mills, and high-speed spindles accepting a 1/2 inch shank. The single-end, right-hand cutting configuration with right-hand flute direction makes it a straightforward choice for conventional and climb milling passes. At 3 inches overall length with a regular length classification, it fits most standard toolholders without requiring extended-reach setups. Machinists, tool-and-die makers, and CNC programmers working in job shops or production facilities will find this a reliable general-purpose cutter for steel, aluminum, and similar workpiece materials.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard tooling selection for CNC machining centers and manual mills with a 1/2 inch collet, end mill holder, or shrink-fit toolholder.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, locked-out state before changing tooling. Secure the shank to the full recommended engagement depth in the toolholder and verify runout with a dial indicator before cutting. Follow machine manufacturer guidelines and applicable shop safety standards for speeds, feeds, and clamping force.
