The ACCUPRO 313102 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of metals and hard materials in CNC machining and manual mill applications. It features a 5/16 inch diameter, a 7/16 inch length of cut, and a 2-1/2 inch overall length, with a 0.030 inch corner radius that blends the floor and wall of a milled pocket while reducing stress concentrations. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating improves surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 2-flute, 45-degree helix geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation. This end mill is installed and used by machinists, toolmakers, and CNC operators in job shop and production environments.
