The ACCUPRO 312928 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composites, and engineering plastics. It features a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1/2 inch length of cut, and a 2 inch overall length with a matching 1/8 inch shank diameter. The two-flute, right-hand spiral design incorporates a 45-degree helix angle and a ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating that improves wear resistance and reduces friction at the cutting edge. Micrograin carbide construction supports tighter tolerances and longer tool life compared to standard carbide grades. This end mill is centercutting, meaning it can be plunged directly into workpiece material without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for light-to-medium milling work in CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and toolroom applications.
