The ACCUPRO 312318 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. The tool features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length. It carries an AlCrTiN coating for heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting speeds. With five flutes, a variable index design, and a 38-degree helix, the 312318 is engineered to reduce chatter and improve chip evacuation in ferrous and hard alloy materials. Extended reach of 2 inches and a reduced neck diameter of 0.712 inches support deep-pocket and contour work where standard tools cannot reach.

This end mill is suited for milling operations in aerospace, die and mold, and general machining shops working with hardened steels, stainless alloys, and high-temperature materials. The corner radius geometry reduces edge chipping on part corners and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner end mills.
