The ACCUPRO 311931 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. It carries a 1 inch diameter with a 4.25 inch length of cut and a 7 inch overall length. The AlCrTiN coating provides heat and wear resistance suited for hardened steels, stainless alloys, and other difficult-to-machine materials. With 5 flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, and a variable index, this tool is built for efficient chip evacuation and reduced chatter during deep-reach profiling and finishing cuts. Centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
