The ACCUPRO 311833 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. With a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, 5-flute spiral geometry, and a 38-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and a superior surface finish. The AlTiCrN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting hardened steels, stainless alloys, and other abrasive materials. At 6 inches overall length with a 3-1/4-inch length of cut, it handles deep-pocket and side-milling operations that shorter tools cannot reach. It is installed by CNC machinists and toolroom professionals working on vertical and horizontal machining centers.
This end mill suits general and high-speed milling operations in job shop, aerospace, and precision manufacturing environments. The single-end, right-hand cutting configuration makes it compatible with standard ER and side-lock toolholders accepting a 3/4-inch shank. The variable index geometry helps reduce harmonic chatter during aggressive cuts, making it well suited for both roughing and semi-finishing passes in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The centercutting design also allows plunge entry when required by the machining program.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-production cutting tool for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines accepting a 3/4-inch straight shank. Part of the ACCUPRO HS Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified CNC machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the toolholder collet or side-lock holder to the recommended gauge-line depth before torquing the retention hardware. Verify runout with a dial indicator after assembly and before initiating any cutting program to avoid premature tool wear or workpiece damage.
