The ACCUPRO 311537 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. It features a 3/8 inch mill diameter, a 1/2 inch length of cut, and a 2 inch overall length. The five-flute, right-hand spiral design with a 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. An AlCrTiN coating provides high heat resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The variable index flute spacing reduces harmonic chatter, making this end mill suitable for aggressive material removal passes as well as finishing work.
