The ACCUPRO 310999 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built to Series HS standards, it features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length. The 0.030 inch corner radius reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge, extending tool life in aggressive applications. An AlCrTiN coating provides heat and oxidation resistance for dry or high-speed cutting. Four flutes, a 38-degree helix, and a variable index geometry work together to reduce chatter and improve surface finish.
