The ACCUPRO 2500135 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for chamfering operations on a wide range of workpiece materials. It features a 3/8 inch cutter head diameter, a 2-flute right-hand cutting geometry, and a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating that improves wear resistance and reduces friction at the cutting edge. With an overall length of 2.5 inches and a matching 3/8 inch shank diameter, this tool mounts directly into standard end mill holders or collet chucks. It is installed and operated by machinists, tool and die makers, and CNC operators working in job shop and production environments.

This chamfer mill is suited for deburring edges, creating chamfers, and countersinking on ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as some engineered plastics. The 82-degree included angle makes it appropriate for standard chamfer and deburring applications on milled, drilled, or turned features.
