The ACCUPRO 2500106 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for precision chamfering operations on a range of workpiece materials. With a 1/4 inch cutter head diameter, four flutes, and a right-hand cutting direction, it delivers clean, controlled material removal at an 82-degree included angle. The bright/uncoated finish keeps the carbide substrate exposed for use in general-purpose applications. At 2.5 inches overall length with a 1/4 inch shank diameter, it fits standard collets and tool holders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals rely on this geometry for deburring edges, countersinking, and creating consistent chamfers on metal and composite parts.
This chamfer mill is suited for single-end chamfering operations in both production shop and job shop environments. The solid carbide construction provides rigidity and wear resistance needed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including steel, aluminum, and cast iron.
