The ACCUPRO 2500011 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for chamfering operations on a wide range of materials. It features a 3/8 inch cutter head diameter and a 90-degree included angle, producing clean, consistent chamfers in a single pass. The 2-flute, right-hand cutting geometry delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finish. At 2.5 inches overall length with a matching 3/8 inch shank diameter, this mill fits standard tool holders used by machinists in production and job-shop environments. The bright, uncoated finish suits general-purpose applications where coating is not required.
This chamfer mill is suited for deburring, edge-breaking, and chamfering on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces in both manual and CNC milling applications. The single-end design makes it a direct-mount tool requiring no adapters beyond a standard collet or end mill holder. It is commonly used in light manufacturing, tool rooms, and maintenance machining where controlled chamfer geometry is required on drilled holes, milled edges, and part features.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator.
