Product Description

The ACCUPRO 14883432 is a single-end square end mill ground from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN for extended tool life in demanding cutting applications. It features a 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch) mill diameter, a 3/4 inch length of cut, and three right-hand spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle. The AlTiN coating provides heat and oxidation resistance, making this end mill well suited for dry or semi-dry machining of hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and high-temp alloys. It is a center-cutting design, allowing plunge entry as well as peripheral and slot milling operations.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and manual knee mills wherever precision small-diameter milling is required. The 1/8 inch shank diameter fits standard collet chucks and end mill holders in that bore size. With a 2-1/2 inch overall length and a compact 3/4 inch cutting zone, it is well matched to finishing passes, slot milling, and profiling work in tight geometries on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces.
