The ACCUPRO 14797552 is a miniature solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in tight-tolerance applications. It measures 0.055 inches in diameter with a 0.005 inch corner radius and provides a 0.165 inch length of cut. The micrograin carbide substrate delivers the hardness and rigidity required for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials at demanding feeds and speeds. An AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in dry or minimal-lubrication machining environments. The single-end, centercutting design allows plunge entry. This tool is installed and run by machinists and CNC operators working in tool and die, mold making, medical device, and aerospace precision machining.
