The ACCUPRO 14797225 is a solid carbide, single-end square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. The tool measures 0.06 inches in diameter with a 3/32-inch (0.09 inches) length of cut and a 2.5-inch overall length. It features three right-hand spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle and is center-cutting, allowing plunge entry. The shank diameter is 0.125 inches. The bright/uncoated finish suits applications where coating compatibility with workpiece material is a concern. Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide, this end mill delivers the rigidity and edge retention required for close-tolerance work.

This end mill is suited for light finishing passes, slotting, and profiling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a small-diameter tool is required. Installation Notes
