The ACCUPRO 14556407 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in demanding machining environments. It features a 3/8-inch diameter, a 0.03-inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 40-degree helix angle. The cutting edges are coated with AlTiN+, an aluminum titanium nitride-plus coating that improves heat resistance and extends tool life in ferrous and high-hardness materials. The micrograin carbide substrate supports higher cutting speeds and tighter tolerances than standard carbide grades. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in job shop, production, and tool-and-die environments.

This end mill is suited for slot milling, profiling, and ramping operations where a controlled corner radius is required to reduce stress concentrations in the finished workpiece. The stub-length configuration with a 5/8-inch length of cut and 2-inch overall length provides rigidity in tight-clearance setups. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard ER collets and end mill holders.
