The ACCUPRO 14556369 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) cutting diameter and a 5/8 inch length of cut, this tool delivers accurate material removal in tight-tolerance applications. The AlTiN+ coating provides elevated heat resistance and extends tool life in high-speed cutting conditions. The 40-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and reduce cutting forces. Micrograin carbide construction supports sharper edge retention compared to standard carbide grades. This end mill is installed and run by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, production facilities, and maintenance environments.
This end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and contouring operations on steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar materials. The 3/16 inch straight-cylindrical shank fits standard ER collets and end mill holders found on vertical machining centers and CNC mills. The 2 inch overall length and regular-length classification make it appropriate for general-purpose work where extended reach is not required. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard for conventional CNC spindle rotation.
Designed for use in standard ER collet chucks and end mill holders accepting a 3/16 inch straight-cylindrical shank. Suitable for vertical machining centers and CNC mills running right-hand rotation spindles.
Installation is performed by a machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing the tool from the holder. Verify collet or chuck runout is within acceptable tolerance before use, as runout directly affects tool life and surface finish. Consult the machine manufacturer and applicable workplace safety standards when setting speeds and feeds for carbide end mills.
