The ACCUPRO 12463391 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-precision milling in tight-tolerance applications. It features a 0.0600 inch mill diameter with a 0.0150 inch corner radius, producing a controlled edge break or blend radius on machined features. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry paired with an AlTiN coating supports efficient chip evacuation and extended tool life in ferrous and hard materials. At 1.5 inches overall length with a 0.75 inch length of cut and 1/8 inch shank diameter, this miniature end mill fits standard collets and tool holders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills handling small-format work.
This end mill is suited for die and mold work, medical component machining, aerospace detail parts, and any application requiring a small-diameter corner radius profile. Its centercutting design allows plunge entry, giving machinists flexibility in tool paths. The miniature series designation makes it a direct choice when working with fine features, narrow slots, or shallow pocket floors where full-size tooling cannot reach. Licensed machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops or production environments are the primary users.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with 1/8 inch collets or toolholders. Suited for miniature milling applications in ferrous metals, hardened steels, and high-temperature alloys where an AlTiN-coated solid carbide tool is appropriate.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety procedures. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before changing tooling. Seat the 1/8 inch shank fully into the collet or toolholder and torque the collet nut to the toolholder manufacturer specification. At this diameter, runout control is critical — verify TIR with a dial indicator before starting a production run.
