The ACCUPRO 123610 is a solid carbide roughing end mill designed for high-efficiency material removal in demanding milling applications. Built with three flutes and a variable pitch, it features an integrated chipbreaker geometry that breaks chips into smaller segments to reduce heat buildup and cutting forces. The 0.06-inch corner radius adds edge strength and helps prevent chipping under aggressive feed rates. With a 3/4-inch mill diameter, a 1.625-inch length of cut, and a 4-inch overall length, this tool is suited for roughing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. It is a single-end, right-hand cut tool with a high-helix spiral flute design. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals are the primary users of this end mill.
This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal milling machines, machining centers, and CNC mills where roughing passes require aggressive stock removal with controlled chip evacuation. The straight cylindrical shank with h6 tolerance provides a secure fit in standard ER collets and end mill holders. The bright uncoated finish suits applications where coating interaction with the workpiece material is a concern. It is a single-use, non-coolant-through tool, making it straightforward to apply in dry or flood-coolant setups.
Designed as a direct-fit roughing end mill for standard 3/4-inch end mill holders, ER collet chucks, and milling machine spindles accepting straight cylindrical shanks with h6 diameter tolerance.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the machine tool manufacturer's toolholding specifications. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before installing or removing the end mill. Seat the shank fully into the holder to the recommended engagement depth before tightening. Inspect the cutting edges for chipping or wear before each use and replace when edge condition degrades to avoid workpiece damage or tool breakage.
