The ACCUPRO 12185111 is a double-end, square-profile solid carbide end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It features a 0.5-inch cutting diameter, a 5/8-inch length of cut, and a 3-inch overall length, making it a compact stub-length tool suited for rigid setups with minimal overhang. The micrograin carbide substrate delivers hardness and edge retention, while the TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users of this tool.

This end mill is built for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines where a stub-length, double-end configuration is preferred to maximize tool utility and reduce per-edge cost.
