The ACCUPRO 12184860 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This single-end tool features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 2.25 inch length of cut, and a 4-flute spiral geometry with a 40-degree helix angle. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and toughness needed for demanding milling operations. A TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating reduces friction and increases surface hardness, extending tool life in abrasive materials. The 1 inch shank diameter and 5 inch overall length make this a long-length configuration suited to deeper-reach applications.
