The ACCUPRO 12183802 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It measures 0.625 inches in diameter with a 1.625-inch length of cut and a 3.5-inch overall length. The five-flute geometry increases chip removal rates and improves surface finish compared to four-flute designs. An AlTiN coating provides heat resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The 45-degree helix angle reduces cutting forces and promotes smooth chip evacuation. This end mill is center-cutting, allowing direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.
