The ACCUPRO 12183432 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride), it delivers extended tool life and reduced built-up edge in demanding cutting environments. The 1-inch diameter cutter features a 0.015-inch corner radius that protects the cutting edge and produces a controlled fillet at the base of milled features. With 4 right-hand spiral flutes and a 40-degree helix angle, it provides efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, allowing plunge entry as well as conventional end milling.
