The ACCUPRO 12183263 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and hard materials. It features a 5/16-inch diameter with a 0.03-inch corner radius, four right-hand spiral flutes, and a 40-degree helix angle that promotes aggressive chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The micrograin carbide substrate is coated with TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride), which extends tool life in abrasive and high-temperature applications. The centercutting design allows plunge entry. This end mill is typically installed by machinist tradespeople and CNC operators working in job shops, tool rooms, and production machining environments.
