The ACCUPRO 12182767 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It features a 3/16 inch diameter with a 0.06 inch corner radius, producing radiused edges and reducing stress concentrations in milled pockets and slots. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry provides efficient chip evacuation and a smooth surface finish. A TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating improves wear resistance and reduces friction at the cutting edge. With a 3/8 inch length of cut and 2 inch overall length, this is a stub-length tool suited for rigidity in tight-clearance setups. Machinists and tool-and-die tradespeople are the primary users.
