The ACCUPRO 12182545 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 3/8 inch mill diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 40-degree helix angle. The cutting edges are coated with TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride), which increases surface hardness and heat resistance compared to uncoated carbide. The micrograin carbide substrate supports high cutting speeds and maintains edge integrity on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This tool is installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop environments.
