The ACCUPRO 12182510 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 5/16-inch diameter with a 0.03-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner geometry. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. An AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and hardness at elevated cutting temperatures. This tool is centercutting, allowing plunge entry. It is sized for use in standard CNC machining centers and manual mills operated by machinists and toolroom professionals.
