The ACCUPRO 12182393 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hardened materials. The tool measures 1/8 inch in diameter with a 1/2 inch length of cut, a 0.045 inch corner radius, and a 1-1/2 inch overall length. The 1/8 inch shank diameter makes it compatible with standard collet chucks and tool holders in that bore size. The AlTiN coating provides high heat resistance and extended tool life in demanding cutting conditions. Four flutes and a right-hand spiral flute direction support efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes at typical CNC milling feeds and speeds.
