The ACCUPRO 12182284 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. Built from micrograin carbide with a TiCN (titanium carbonitride) finish, this tool delivers hardness and wear resistance for demanding cutting operations. It features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length. The 40-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. With three flutes and a spiral flute geometry, it is suited for high-efficiency slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

This end mill is intended for use in vertical machining centers, CNC mills, and manual knee mills across job shops, tool rooms, and production environments. The long-length configuration (1 inch LOC on a 4 inch OAL) provides added reach for deeper pockets and stepped features without sacrificing rigidity.
