The ACCUPRO 12182263 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal cutting and machining applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide and finished with a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating, it delivers extended tool life and wear resistance in demanding cutting conditions. The cutter features a 3-flute spiral geometry with a 40-degree helix angle, right-hand cut, and right-hand flute direction. At 0.75 inches in diameter with a 3-inch length of cut and 6-inch overall length, this is an extra-long configuration suited for deep-cavity and extended-reach milling work. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled starting hole.
