The ACCUPRO 12181663 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The tool measures 0.375 inches in diameter with a 0.625-inch length of cut and a 2.0-inch overall length on a 0.375-inch shank. Constructed from micrograin solid carbide with a TiCN finish, it runs a 40-degree helix spiral flute geometry in a right-hand cut, right-hand flute configuration. Centercutting capability allows plunge entry as well as side milling. Machinists and CNC operators use this tool in production and toolroom environments.

This is a stub-length, single-end square end mill suited for applications where rigidity is more critical than reach. The short flute length reduces deflection, making it effective for slotting, profiling, and pocketing in steel, stainless, cast iron, and harder alloys where a TiCN coating provides wear resistance and reduced built-up edge.
