The ACCUPRO 12181516 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 5/8 inch diameter, a 0.02 inch corner radius, and a 2-flute geometry with a 40-degree helix angle. The cutting edge is coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), which provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in high-speed and dry cutting conditions. The micrograin carbide substrate supports edge sharpness and wear resistance at elevated cutting loads. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in job shop, production, and tool-and-die environments.

This end mill is suited for side milling, slotting, and profiling operations where a defined corner radius is required to reduce stress concentrations at part features.
