The ACCUPRO 12180602 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it handles high-temperature cutting environments where tool life and edge retention matter. The 0.03-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and produces a controlled radius on workpiece corners. With four flutes, a right-hand spiral flute pattern, and a variable index design, this tool delivers improved surface finish and reduced chatter.
