The ACCUPRO 12180592 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 5/16-inch diameter cutter features a 0.03-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at workpiece corners and extends tool life in demanding applications. With a 4-flute spiral configuration, a 40-degree helix angle, and an AlTiN coating, it handles high-temperature cutting environments effectively. The micrograin carbide substrate supports sharp edges and dimensional stability. Machinists and CNC operators install this tool in vertical and horizontal machining centers for finishing and semi-finishing passes requiring tight corner geometry.
