The ACCUPRO 12180538 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 1/8 inch diameter with a 0.02 inch corner radius, reducing stress concentrations at the cutting edge and extending tool life in high-feed applications. With 4 flutes and an AlTiN coating, this end mill handles elevated cutting temperatures and abrasive materials. The micrograin carbide substrate provides rigidity and edge retention in demanding CNC machining environments. It is a single-end, centercutting tool, allowing plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral milling.
